How Do I Get Started With CrossFit Fear Average?

To get started with CrossFit Fear Average you'll need to schedule an Intro To CrossFit session with one of our CrossFit Level One Trainers.


What To Expect During Your Intro T0 CrossFit Session?

Our Intro To CrossFit sessions are one hour long session that are 1:1 with one of our CrossFit Level One Trainers. During your Intro To CrossFit session you'll the following: 

  • Goal Setting Discussion: 
    • This is where our trainers learn about your individuals goals so that we can strategize a plan to help you achieve these goals. 
  • Nutrition Discussion:
    • We'll discuss your current nutrition habits and how they can be improved to meet your goals. 
  • Workout: 
    • One of our trainers will put you through an introductory level CrossFit workout so you can gain a better understanding of what CrossFit is as well as what our gym is like.
